Pre-Employment Medicals

Prescreening employees is one of the simplest, yet most often overlooked components of the new hire process. A pre-placement medical exam can detect any pre-existing medical conditions and save the company claims and time missed by the injured worker.
We consult with the employer to develop a physical job description for the position, determine if the prospective employee is healthy and capable of performing the job duties as designated by the written job description.
We discuss the health status of the examinee, identify certain individuals whose health status is less than desirable for the job or has physical findings that do not fit the job description and perform testing to confirm or deny ability to sustain job duties.
